IN THE EVENT your clinic location is closed and If you had a treatment scheduled during the closure period, we will contact you a few days prior to your clinic’s re-opening and re-schedule your appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience, as provincial closure orders often are without notice.

DermaEnvy Skincare reopened all clinics, across 5 provinces in June 2020 and implemented it’s DermaEnvy COVID-19 operational plan which includes increased use of medical grade disinfectant, daily contact records and masks required for team members and clients, when not required removed for treatment and resources for team members such as each member completing disinfection training and introduction of a Team Member Financial Assistance Program to the company.

What safety and hygiene protocols will be in place?
DermaEnvy Skincare’s continued commitment to client and team member safety and hygiene is our top priority, you will likely notice a few updated safety changes in our clinics your next visit, including:
Quick Pre-Appointment Client Survey regarding symptoms, travel and recent contact
Masks are Mandatory for all clients, we ask you wear a mask when visiting our clinic, for the benefit of all parties.
Limit of 1 staff member and 1 client per treatment room. For the safety of our all, we ask that you please attend your appointment alone
Every Team DermaEnvy member completed an approved Infection Control/ Prevention course before coming back to work to ensure top of mind awareness.
Our highly trained team is equipped with personal protective equipment such as masks, gloves, and where required face shields for face-to-face treatments.
We will no longer have a waiting area. Please arrive no more then 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time
Debit + Credit Card preferred to help minimize handling of cash
We will continue to maintain a safe environment as we have always done by:
Bedding and Sheets removed from Treatment Beds, rather a fresh disposable towel will be used for each client with treatments below the belt and discarded after use.
Providing medical grade, fragrance free hand sanitizer at our front desk and in each treatment room for all clients use.
Following a strict hand washing protocol using anti-bacterial liquid before, during and after every treatment
Using medical-grade disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces and equipment between every client
Following sterilization protocols on all our equipment and implements
Thorough twice daily cleaning of all high touch areas with high grade disinfectant, including reception surfaces, door handles, and treatment areas
