Simply adjust the degree of suction by squeezing the cups more firmly or gently. Easy to use and clean. Silicone is resistant to acids, alkalis and both high and low temperatures

Directions: Never leave your cup suctioned in one place - always keep it moving and use a liberal amount of facial oil or serum for easy glide of your cup. Do not pull on skin, anchor with your free hand. Recommended use 5 minutes per treatment area 2-3 times a week for the initial 4-6 weeks, followed by 1x weekly for maintenance. Hand wash in warm soapy water.
